All kid prices include disbudding, deworming, first vaccine, tattoo, and wethering (when applicable). 

 

 

 

We currently do not have any animals for sale, however, we will be blood testing shortly for pregnancy and also start breeding for late winter / early spring.  Please check back with us soon.

 

Goat Milk Soap is on its way from Sunset Lake Ranch!!  The first batch will be ready in mid August!

 

 

 

Information on For Sale Animals:

 

To purchase an animal that you see advertised on the "For Sale" page please contact me by clicking here and letting me know of your interest.

 

After receiving a response and working out sales details, I will place a 5 day hold on the animal while awaiting a deposit of, at minimum, 1/2 of the asking price of said animal, $50.00 of which is a non-refundable deposit on the animal.  Once deposit is received, I will change the status to Deposit Received.  Upon pickup of animal, the remainder of the selling price is due. 

 

Animal must be picked up on date agreed upon, unless prior arrangements are made.  If animal is not picked up on day agreed, there will be a boarding charge of $2.00 per day.  If reserved animal is left on the property longer then 30 days AFTER agreed pick up date, said animal becomes the sole property of Sunset Lake Ranch, to resale or retain, with NO refund of payments received

 

Payment for deposit can be made by cash, cashier's check, money order, or Paypal.  If you use paypal you must include a 3% service charge to cover fees imposed by Paypal.

 

If you purchase an animal from Sunset Lake Ranch and it becomes ill or dies, prior to pick up, your deposit WILL BE refunded or transfered to another animal, by the choice of the buyer.

 

Sunset Lake Ranch does not assume responsibility for any animal after it leaves our property. 

 

 

I reserve the right to retain any kids born at Sunset Lake Ranch for my own personal herd.  If the kid has a reservation already on it, and SLR retains the kid, the deposit can be moved to another kid, another breeding, or refunded by choice of the buyer.
