Breeding Schedule

This is an everchanging breeding schedule. 

We are tweaking it as needed as the breeding year gets going.

If you see a breeding that you are interested in, please let me know!

Information on Breeding Reservations:

There is no charge to be placed on a waiting list for one of our babies.  I will use what is called a "First Right of Refusal" system.  Please email me your breeding choice and I will add you to the list.

When the kids are born, I will contact the first person on the list. That person will haveß days to accept or decline the kid.  If you accept the kid, you will need to haveÝ/2 of the total selling price to me within 7 days after acceptance.  If you choose to decline the kid, you have the option of staying on that breedings list for the coming year or cancel your reservation. 

If one, or none, of these terms listed above are not met, the next person on the waitlist will be offered the kid choice.

The remainder of the selling price and pick up is due upon weaning unless prior arrangements have been made and accepted by both buying and selling parties.   Kids will not leave Sunset Lake Ranch until full payment is received.    If kids are not picked up by the agreed upon date, there will be an additional boarding fee of $2.00 per day.  If reserved animal is left on the property longer then 30 days AFTER agreed pick up date, said animal becomes the sole property of Sunset Lake Ranch, to resale or retain, with NO refund of payments received.

Payment for deposit can be made by cash, cashier's check, money order, or Paypal.  If you use paypal you must include a 3% service charge to cover fees imposed by Paypal.

If you purchase an animal from Sunset Lake Ranch and it becomes ill or dies, prior to pick up, your all monies paid WILL BE refunded or transfered to another kid, by the choice of the buyer.

Sunset Lake Ranch does not assume responsibility for any animal after it leaves our property. 

I reserve the right to retain any kids born at Sunset Lake Ranch for my own personal herd.  If the kid has a reservation already on it, and SLR retains the kid, the deposit can be moved to another kid, another breeding, or refunded by choice of the buyer.
