Welcome to Sunset Lake Ranch's Home Page.

Sunset Lake Ranch is located in Harrison, Idaho

The ranch is about 20 miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene, in beautiful North Idaho.

Sunset Lake Ranch was started with the idea that one day we would have livestock.  However, it was only 3 weeks after moving onto the land that I went and purchased my first 4 goats.  They were supposed to be "working" animals by clearing the land for us, but they have become my pets instead.

Our farm now consists of Registered Nigerian Dwarf goats, Registered Nubian goats, 3 Myotonic (Fainter) meat goats, a handful of laying hens, 2 dogs, and 3 barn cats.

With 8 years of Veterinary Nursing work behind me, I am very confident in my ability to breed happy and healthy animals for show and pets.  I strive to have babies that are dam raised and very social.  Each and every animal on the ranch is handled daily and is acclimated to dogs, cats, and chickens.

 Turner - his momma rejected him and he lived in the house for 5 weeks with us.  He would go to "Goatie Grandma's" house during the day when I was working.

A little Boer x buckling that my grandmother fell in love with.
